A coding fee should be a number, not a sales call.

Fee is a function of four inputs: age band (kid/teen/college/adult), subject (Python is priced differently from AI/ML, which is priced differently from the Olympiad track), intensity (hours per week of live class) and duration. Country only changes the currency and applies a regional cost adjustment for tutors and timezone coverage. There is no other multiplier — no "premium parent" pricing, no household-income data, no targeting. The same kid in Delhi and the same kid in Dubai see the same INR base fee, with the Dubai family paying the additional regional cost for AED-zone tutor scheduling.

Because the Olympiad medal track is taught in cohorts of eight by past IOITC and IOI medallists, with weekly individual review of every solution. The tutor cost per student is roughly three times a standard cohort, and we charge accordingly. It is the only track on our roster where we will not negotiate the fee, because we cannot run it sustainably below cost. Scholarships in that track go up to 70% for confirmed olympiad qualifiers.

The base fee is the same. Different currencies and a regional cost adjustment apply — for example, US-zone classes are taught by tutors who can deliver in a US-friendly time window, which costs more. We do not "charge more in dollars because we can." If a US parent and an Indian parent compared a like-for-like Saturday IST class, the INR amount would be identical. Live online classes (small batch, 4–8 students), all course materials, project mentoring, monthly parent progress note, recorded class backup with 12 months of access, certificate of completion, and ongoing post-class mentor support on the Modern Age Coders student community. There is no separate fee for any of these.

For Indian invoicing, the calculator shows the all-inclusive fee — GST is already included in the number you see. For international invoicing, the calculator shows the pre-tax amount; tax handling depends on the country of the payer and is shown at checkout. We do not surprise anyone with tax additions after the fact.

All three. Monthly is the default and the most flexible. Quarterly gives you a 5% discount on the cumulative fee. Annual gives 12%. There is no penalty for switching plans during the engagement — most families start monthly and move to quarterly after the first two months. We will never auto-renew a card without explicit permission, no matter which plan you pick.

Full refund inside the first 14 days. Pro-rated refund up to the end of week four. After that, you can pause and resume within twelve months without paying again — or transfer the credit to a sibling or family member. Full policy in plain English at our refund page.
