Is AI realistic for a small business with 5–20 people?

Yes, and it’s where AI actually pays back fastest. Small teams have fewer systems to wire together and decisions move quickly. A single WhatsApp AI assistant or a quote-replying agent can save a founder several hours a week — that alone is usually worth the engagement.

What does a first project typically cost?

A focused pilot — one workflow, one channel, one integration — usually lands between ₹35,000 and ₹1,50,000 depending on complexity and the platform we connect to. WhatsApp BSP fees and message costs are separate and small. We share a written range after the discovery call, not before.

How long does it take to launch a WhatsApp AI?

Two to four weeks from kickoff for most cases. The WhatsApp Business API setup, business verification, and template approvals usually take longer than the AI itself. If you already have an active WhatsApp Business API number, we’re faster.

What if the AI says something wrong to a customer?

Every agent we ship has a defined scope, refusal patterns for what it must not answer (like discounts it isn’t authorised to offer), and a human handover trigger. The first two weeks are monitored daily and we tune from real conversations. Logs are kept for every reply — you can audit anything in seconds.

Do you train our team so we’re not dependent on you?

Yes — and we measure ourselves on this. We run 2–4 hour workshops for marketing, ops, sales and founders with a prompt library built for your business, followed by 30 days of office hours. The goal is that your team can run and tweak what we’ve built without calling us.

Will AI replace my team?

No, and we don’t sell it that way. The honest goal is to remove the boring, repetitive parts of your team’s day so they spend more time on work that genuinely needs a human — building relationships, making judgement calls, closing deals.

Will my data be used to train someone else’s model?

No. We use the API tiers of major providers, which by default do not use your data for training. For genuinely sensitive workloads — health, legal, financial — we run open-source models on infrastructure you control.

Do you do projects outside India?

Yes, we work remotely with teams in the UAE, Singapore, the UK and Canada. Discovery is on video. Pricing is the same scope-based logic.

Do you build voice agents and AI calls?

Yes, but selectively. Voice agents are still rough in Indian languages and we’re honest about the failure modes before you sign anything. If voice is the right answer for you, we’ll say so. If a WhatsApp flow will do the job more reliably for less money, we’ll say that too.
