# Refund Policy

## 1. General Refund Policy

At Modern Age Coders, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our courses. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our online courses, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

## 2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are only applicable to your initial purchase and are not valid for renewals or repeated subscriptions.

## 3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are strictly non-refundable, including:

- Courses where more than 20% of the content has been viewed or downloaded.
- One-on-one mentorship sessions that have already been conducted.
- Customized coding bootcamps or special arrangements.

## 4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
